1. Service Description

Fineday Funds is a matching service. We are not a lender and do not make loans. We connect you with third-party lenders.

2. Eliigbility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use our services. Residents of certain states (AR, NY, VT, WV) are not eligible.

3. Communication

By submitting your information, you authorize us and our partners to contact you via email, SMS, or phone regarding your inquiry.

4. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender or that any lender will approve your application. Loan terms are solely determined by the lender.
